Bit like having a good shit. You can think about having a shit. Analyse when to have the shit. Then afterwhile I know I need a shit now. What? You are telling me I don’t need a shit….Bit like words. I know which ones work for me. Nice words don’t always work. They cannot handle the rougher emotions.
